Shop Till You Drop

6 Irish websites all online shopping fiends need to bookmark

TAKE ALL MY MONEY.

1. Nine Crows

Nine Crows is a Dublin-based vintage store with a shop on Ormond Quay. But it also has a deadly online store that stocks everything from swimwear to old-school varsity jackets.

It’s relatively inexpensive and they are very generous with discount codes/flash sales if you sign up to their newsletter. Perfect if you fancy something a little different from what’s available on the high street.

2. Opsh

The brainchild of the McGinn sisters, Opsh is sort of like the online equivalent of the high street. It stocks clothes from the likes of River Island, Forever 21, Oasis, Warehouse, Life Style Sports and Boohoo, its aim being to reduce the need for accounts on dozens of different online stores.

Handy.

3. Folkster

Beloved by people Amy Huberman and Angela Scanlon, Folkster is a homegrown fashion brand based out of Kilkenny and Dublin.

If dressy casual wear (see: Amy Huberman’s outfit below) is your bag, then it’s a must visit. Also well worth checking out if you have a wedding/christening/Christmas night out on the horizon.

4. Siopaella

Siopaella: where you’re as likely to find a second-hand H&M dress as you are a vintage Chanel gown. If you love the thrill of finding a bargain or indeed gawking at things you’d only be able to afford in your wildest dreams, Siopaella is the face for you.

5. Arnotts

Pro-tip: sign up to the Arnotts newsletter. Sure, it might not scratch that “Ooh, I wouldn’t mind getting a new top!” itch, but they constantly have special offers and reductions on Nice Things™ like fancy bed sets, useful electrical things and expensive creams.

After all, nothing will impress your Mam like telling her about the lovely duvet set you got in Arnotts on sale for €30.

6. Cloud 10 Beauty

If you find yourself getting exasperated by what’s available in Boots, worry not — Cloud 10 Beauty is your one stop stop for cult and bargain beauty brands alike. It stocks international brands like Ren and Nuxe, as well as homegrown brands like Cocoa Brown and SOSU by Suzanne Jackson.

Just try not to spend your month’s wages now, you hear?
