Organisers warn Miss Universe hopeful: 'Don't forget your underwear'

Miss Colombia’s lack of underwear has caused a stir in Brazil as the contest gets underway tomorrow.

AHEAD OF THE Miss Universe contest that is set to get underway in Brazil tomorrow night, one contestant has already stirred up controversy having been warned not to forget her underwear.

Catalina Robayo or Miss Colombia is in Sao Paulo preparing for the event along with 88 other hopefuls looking to win the Donald Trump-owned contest. But her initial actions have caused quite a stir, according to ABC News, which reports she may have a penchant for not wearing underpants.

The 22-year-old has reportedly garnered more attention than many of the others competing after she was captured by some photographers wearing short dresses without what appeared to be any underwear underneath.

The Daily Mail reports that while meeting the local mayor, Robayo was even photographed wearing no underpants, a photo which even made it onto the frontpage of one local newspaper.

Now, according to Fox News, Miss Colombia has been warned about the need to dress appropriately:

“Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate,” it quotes a source as saying.

“People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out.”
