More peas?

Pass the salt please, Mr. President

US President Barack Obama is giving his supporters the chance to join him for an intimate dinner. He’s also asked his Twitter followers what they’d like to discuss over their lasagne.

US PRESIDENT BARACK Obama is offering the chance to have dinner with him, for a mere $5.

Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign is offering his supporters the opportunity to sit down with him and three others, in return for making a donation and offering their ideas about the future of the country.

The campaign promises a “casual affair” with flights and the all-important dinner paid for. Vice-president Joe Biden has joked that all he gets with Obama is lunch, reports ABC. He’s reminded supporters that sitting down with the president is something very few people get to do.

The Obama campaign has also taken to Twitter to ask followers what they would want to talk about with the president if they got the chance…

Pass the salt please, Mr. President
