The theory that Postman Pat is the original Pat Mustard is gaining traction on Twitter

Sure, they deliver necessary goods on a daily basis in fictional worlds but that should be where the comparison ends.

But Irish Twitter user @AnDuinnineach has stumbled upon a massive similarity that has passed us all by:
