Pudsey says 'woof!' to a book deal

The canine winner of Britain’s Got Talent has put his paw print on a publishing contract for Pudsey: My Autobiography.

HE MUST BE a dog with plenty to say, as Pudsey has just put his paw print on a publishing contract.

The cute canine and his human companion and trainer Ashleigh, who together won this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, have signed a contract to write a book about their story.

The book will be called Pudsey: My Autobiography and according to the Daily Mirror, the deal is worth £35o,000 and is with publishers Little, Brown.

Ashleigh, who is 17 years old, and Pudsey, who is a six-year-old Border Collie, Bichon Frise and Chinese Crested cross, won the sixth series of Britain’s Got Talent in May.

They won £500,000 through scooping the top spot on the show, and almost immediately afterwards signed up to take part in a panto this Christmas.

Signing the book deal has brought their earnings to nearly £1 million.
