OVER THE PAST few months, supporters of the Repeal The 8th campaign have been showing their support of the movement in all sorts of ways.
They’ve been eating doughnuts, snapping up Maser t-shirts and wearing the ubiquitous Repeal jumpers.
The latest symbol of the campaign? This sweatshirt designed by Dublin artist Aoife Scott.
The sweatshirt (and t-shirt) was spotted all over the place at the March For Choice on Saturday.
The grey jumper is available online for €28 while the t-shirt is on sale for €15.
Proceeds from the sales are going towards the Coalition to Repeal the 8th Amendment.
And by the looks of things, it has the full support of Ailbhe Smyth, Convenor of Coalition to Repeal the 8th Amendment.
Here’s model Holly Carpenter repping it.
In fact, it’s all over Instagram at the moment.
In a note to those who purchase the jumper, Scott wrote, “By purchasing and wearing a Repeal The 8th jumper or t-shirt, it shows that you want to be part of the movement to change the shameful anti-choice laws in Ireland.”
