EURO 2016 IS just around the corner, and yesterday the first sign of what Dublin will look like during the big matches revealed itself to the public… in the form of a brilliant Roy Keane mural on Andrews Lane.
The tournament starts on June 10, and Andrews Lane is where Dublin’s official fan zone area will be for the duration.
And Roy can’t cope with the excitement
As Fanfair describe on their Facebook page, the fan zone can essentially be summed up as:
100′s of football fanatics cheering on their respective nations for the duration of the tournament.
It was launched yesterday, and is set to be the Dublin city centre spot for having a few drinks, having the craic and watching the Ireland games in June:
We’ll be the Dublin home for the Boys in Green this Summer as we broadcast all the Ireland matches as well as every other minute of football on our giant projector’s and screens.
We’re situated at 12-16 Andrew’s Lane (Just off Dame Street) and Kick Off is June 10th at 6pm.
