RINGTONES.
We can all agree that they’re a total nuisance, albeit a sometimes necessary one.
As irritating/maddening as most ringtones are, however, there is one ringtone that stands head and shoulders above the rest on the annoying scale.
We are, of course, talking about the Samsung whistle ringtone.
It might be an effective message alert, but the jaunty whistle is a scourge that torments everyone. Whether you’re in the office, on public transport or even in your own home, it’s always there.
Even Samsung realised what a horrible noise it was and got rid of it from its latest Samsung Galaxy S6 model. But unfortunately, there are millions of people with older Samsung phones that are inflicting it on the rest of us.
And it needs to stop.
1. Seriously, everyone hates it.
2. Having it as your ringtone should result in having your phone privileges revoked immediately.
3. Because it’s soul destroying.
