Here's why American kids are tweeting photos of their grim school lunches

With the hashtag #ThanksMichelleObama.

SCHOOLKIDS IN AMERICA are tweeting photos of their disgusting-looking school lunches.

And they ARE pretty grim.

The teens are using the highly sarcastic hashtag #ThanksMichelleObama with their photos.

That’s because Michelle Obama championed the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act forcing schools to offer healthier lunches to kids – including fresh fruit and vegetables every day, and limiting the amount of junk food.

Some pupils, it seems, are not impressed.

There is hot competition for the grimmest photo.

This guy probably wins, though.
