Avoid Breaking Bad Twitter spoilers with Netflix 'Spoiler Foiler'

Phew, just in time for the series finale.

WAY BEHIND WHEN it comes to Breaking Bad? The series finale is due to air this coming Sunday, the 29th of September, but not everyone is ready to say goodbye.

Spare a thought for those just starting the finale season, or the late guests to the party who’ve only picked up a boxset recently. Twitter is rife with spoilers, just waiting to pounce and ruin the whole series for an innocent scroller.

On Monday, Netflix released Twitter app Spoiler Foiler to help you to bury your head in the sand.

The app works by finding words associated with the hit show and blackening them out with an alarming warning. You may miss a few ‘breaking’ news stories but we all know that it’s better to be safe than sorry.

The only drawback is that you have to view your timeline on the Spoiler Foiler website, so your phone apps and Tweetdeck will remain a vast terrain of spoilers mines just waiting to go off.

Don’t get lazy though, the foiler will only be in operation until the 4th of October. There’s no sympathy for you after that.
