Rain-activated street art is exactly what Ireland needs

We have all the raw ingredients to make this work.

OF ALL THE street art that would suit this fine country of ours, the type that needs rain to function would be perfect.

Using an ingredient that repels water, an artist can just stencil on a pattern to the pavement and the art comes alive when it lashes it down.

Which would really work out well in Ireland.

This guy works out of Seattle in the US  - another famous spot for heavy rain, and the results are fairly impressive.

Who wouldn’t want a random hopscotch grid appearing on the street when it tips it down?

We need this in Ireland sooner rather than later. Think of all that useful rain that is currently being wasted.
