An Irish girl has handpainted a Teresa Mannion jacket and it's class

It’s both a fashion statement and a stark warning about the roads.

YOU MAY REMEMBER with fondness the handpainted Father Ted jacket that Irish artist Hannah Hogan designed earlier this year.

It was fairly epic:
