DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Stag (BBC2, 9pm)
This black comedy series follows a group of men off deer hunting for a stag weekend – but before long, the hunters become the hunted. Last in the series. #stag
The Talented Mr Ripley (BBC2, 10pm)
Based on the Patricia Highsmith novel, this unsettling thriller explores what happens when an underachieving young man (Matt Damon) meets a rich and spoiled millionaire.
Legally Blonde (ITV2, 5.45pm)
Moonie the Chihuahua, probably the best dog actor of his generation, passed away this week at the age of 18. To honour his legacy, we must all watch him in his most iconic role: Elle Woods’ stylish dog, Bruiser.
Everybody’s talking about: Hozier on the Late Late
Hozier was on the Late Late Show last night to discuss his global success with Ryan Tubridy, as well as take questions from the megafans invited to sit in the audience.
One English fan revealed by video link that she had his face and autograph tattooed on her arm – his reaction was charmingly befuddled:
I think there are better mugs out there [to have on your arm]. It’s incredibly flattering, whatever you’re passionate about, whatever makes you happy.
Oh Hozy.
