So did people actually enjoy the TV3 Toy Show?

Here’s what social media thought of it.

LAST NIGHT, TV3 broadcast its rival to the Late Late Toy Show for the second year running. And this year, they really meant it.

With a celebrity line-up of presenters, a big set in the RDS, and some fresh ideas on board, they were all set to take on the Tubridy juggernaut.

So what did the audience think?

Well, TV3 started out facing a certain amount of scepticism.

But that all changed when people saw Karen Koster. They loved her. Like, LOVED her.

Brian McFadden got… a more mixed reaction

Although he won some people over too.

But it was all about the suit.

There were some good Toy Show blunders

Like Peppa Pig looking like she’d been on the sherry and not being able to find the exit.

And there were some great ideas for slots

Especially the bit where kids had to play with toys from the 80s and 90s. Um, WHAT IS THIS?

Plus taking toys to kids who weren’t well.

As well as… some bad ones

But overall, it was hailed as a pretty good effort.

So what did you think?
