Una out of The Saturdays says people give her stick for calling her son Tadhg. Una Foden said she and husband Ben chose the Irish name for their newborn because he liked the name Ty. Ben said it seemed fitting “with Una being Irish” and all.
Anyway. Apparently people in Britain (we’re guessing) moan about the spelling. But Una has an answer for them, she told UK Hello! magazine:
Tadhg is quite common in Ireland so when people go on about how hard it is to match the pronunciation with the spelling, I say ‘Just think, every time you say it, you’re learning a new language and culture because you’re speaking a bit of Gaelic’.”

Every month, that’s (reportedly) how much they fork out for just one of their homes - this seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom pad with an infinity pool and a waterfall in LA’s Holmby Hills neighbourhood.
