Bride gets revenge on her 'narcissistic' parents with super harsh wedding invitation

Well, that’s one way to do it.

YEOUCH, HERE’S THE anti-invitation every parent really doesn’t want to get.

Reddit user SkitzoCat explains

So my narcissistic parents abused me for 16 years before I ran away from home. Now they’re trying to bully their way (via family, they haven’t bothered to speak to me personally) into getting an invitation to my wedding. There was really only one way to respond.

The invitation didn’t sugarcoat a THING.

Ooof.

Speaking to Buzzfeed, the woman in question Alyssa Pearce, said she was prompted to write the invitation after harassment from a family member to invite her parents, despite years of abuse. As for the fancy paper and text?

I mean, if you’re going to send someone a memorable stuff you, you’ve really got to put in some effort. You may as well go all-out.

The invitation was first posted five months ago but is only going viral now.
