A slick spy drama starring the crème de la crème of British actors, including Gary Oldman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hardy, Colin Firth and John Hurt.

8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown New Year Special (Channel 4, 9pm)

Jimmy Carr is joined by Richard Osman, Sara Pascoe, Johnny Vegas, Jon Richardson and our very own David O’Doherty for this special installment of the show. Huzzah!

Everyone’s talking about… Gilmore Girls
