Back in November, artist Catana Chetwynd started drawing little comics about her relationship with her boyfriend John.
She had no plans to put them online, but a month ago John convinced her to let him post some on Reddit – and people loved them.
Now over 73,000 people follow the series on Catana’s Instagram:
“I knew he was going to post them, I just wasn’t thrilled about it. Of course, as soon as I saw the response those feelings instantly went away,” she told the Huffington Post.
The couple have been going out for over a year, first matching on Tinder for a bit before bumping into each other in a pub.
Every day there is something that happens where both John and I look at each other and just know that it’s going to be a comic eventually. We’re always having a good time so it’s very easy to find inspiration from every little thing.
