An Irish wedding had this amazing DIY crisp sandwich cart

The perfect solution for the afters TBH.

ONE OF THE eternal wedding questions: what to give the guests to keep them going at the afters?

Mini sausages? Chicken goujons? Ye olde fashionede pic-n-mix sweets? Well, one couple who got married in Laois over the weekend have cracked it:

Yes, that is a DIY crisp sandwich cart. Stacks of Brennans batch bread and cheese and onion Tayto, just waiting ready to go.

The photo was taken by wedding DJ Lloyd Bracken, who was overseeing the celebrations at the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. (It’s their cart, apparently.)

He told DailyEdge the cart generated significant traffic. “Everyone thought it was a great idea,” he said. Bracken posted the photo to his Facebook page, where it’s collected thousands of likes and comments.

The actual dream after a round of Rock The Boat at 2am, no? Kinda like this, but with greater freedom. Customisation is the essence of the Tayto sandwich, after all.
