IT’S RARE TO go a week without a Kardashian legal battle.
Whether they’re using Notorious B.I.G.’s photographs on t-shirts without permission or making cosmetics that are just a little bit too similar to Colourpop Cosmetics, or copying clothing from independent black designers, the youngest of the Kardashian family is regularly accused of copying her work from other people.
Previously, Kylie Jenner has been called out for ripping off a makeup artist’s original work.
On the right, there’s work by Instagram makeup artist Vladamua. In the centre, we’ve got Kylie’s unashamedly similar spray-painted fingers. On the right, Vladamua calls Kylie out:
Really @kyliecosmetics? Haven’t you gotten enough ‘inspiration’ from me already?
Kylie’s photo was posted eight weeks after the original. There were further allegations of plagiarism of some of Vladamua’s other work, as documented by Mic.com.
Now she’s in trouble again.

Straight off the bat, you’ll see what the problem is. Kylie appears to be biting (pun extremely intended) Sara Pope’s work.
Pope filed a lawsuit this week after seeing the very similar visuals in Kylie Jenner’s promo for her new TV show.
Some people are now claiming that Pope’s design is copying The Rocky Horror Picture Show Logo:
In that case, maybe The Rocky Horror Picture Show needs to sue the pair of them. And then the first person who ever bit their lip needs to sue The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Seriously though, Kylie’s one is almost exactly the same as Sara Pope’s, right down to the detail of the drip marks coming from the bottom lip.
