This is what Valentine’s Day is all about.

IT’S VALENTINE’S DAY. Whether you like it or not, you’re going to encounter some pretty cringey stuff on the internet today.

Love Island contestants Jess Shears and Dom Lever were the first to partake in some cringey behaviour, at the ripe old hour of 8:26am, when they decided to get married on live TV.

If you don’t know who Jess and Dom are, here’s their very first kiss on Love Island for background.

Now that you’ve seen that, you probably won’t even cringe at their wedding because it’s far less painful to watch than that video.

The glamorous location they chose to tie the knot at was the set of Good Morning Britain, the TV show that employs Piers Morgan.

Where will they go on their honeymoon? The RTÉ studio in Donnybrook? If you squint, the giant aerial over it looks like the Eiffel tower sometimes. It could be just as romantic as ITV.

Last night, Jess uploaded an Instagram photo of herself and Dom drinking from ‘Mr & Mrs’ cups and told her followers to tune in to Good Morning Britain. Little did they know, they’d be watching her wedding.

Viewers were not happy with how much the wedding made them cringe. It’s 8.30am on a Wednesday morning, for God’s sake.

If it was anyone else, you’d believe it was a joke. However, because this is a couple that got together on Love Island it’s not really the slightest bit surprising.
