Annoying Viral Campaign of the Day

WE DIDN’T THINK this was annoying until we rang the number on the poster. (We did it so you don’t have to).

The pre-recorded answer says that “this unicorn is very naughty and she’s been on the loose” before saying that she has been most lately spotted in Connemara. The answer machine continues:

Maybe she’s with the ponies and maybe she’s with the leprechauns. Please leave what you know here and I’m very grateful.

They lost us at leprechauns.

This is apparently part of New York artist Camomile Hixon‘s ongoing project to get members of the public circulating posters of the “missing unicorn”, presumably to bring a touch of joy and magic into our lives. Still, Camomile, leprechauns? And sightings coming from the “Emerald Isle”? Someone tell her.
