THE MET GALA made the world question the true definition of style this week.
However, it’s pretty unfair to crown a winner, given that style queen Ashley Tisdale didn’t attend. (Not that we know of, anyway).
1. I mean, the Maddie in Suite Life of Zack and Cody-era Ashley Tisdale could serve LOOKS.
I’m pretty sure she invented millennial pink.
2. … And statement belts.

3. Noughties Ash had a serious penchant for faux fur.
Didn’t we all though? Also, the lack of boleros in the teenies is proof of evolution. Take that, Darwin!
4. Yep, Ash was the queen of experimental fashion WAY before any of us knew that the Met Gala was a thing.
Note how Ashley is more on theme here than any of the Kardashians were – truly ahead of her time.
5. She more than likely contributed to a lot of girls’ obsession with (unnecessary) layering.
