A KILLARNEY TEENAGER by the name of Ben Quinlan auditioned for X Factor last night.
He made perhaps the most Irish entrance ever on prime-time UK television:
And the 19-year-old decided to go hard in his attempt to woo Cheryl Cole. Who he really, really likes.
First off, he handed Cheryl a green rose.
Explaining “You’re a bit of a rose in yourself.”
So how much does he like Cheryl Cole? Well, Ben – a veteran of the Late Late Toy Show, who’s currently working as a musician in Kerry according to this Killarney Today profile – described himself as follows:
I really love life. I love animals. And I love Cheryl Cole.
He added:
Lots then. So, how did Cheryl react to the gift?
Well, at first she was pretty puzzled…
But we think Ben won her over in the end.
