IRISH BEST MEN are really stepping it up with the speeches lately, whether it’s writing special songs or making whole short films.
This video, shot by Brian O’Connor for Sean Casey and Claire Coniffe’s wedding in Galway last week, is up there with the best of them.
It stars groomsmen Raymond Lyne and Colm Casey (Sean’s brother), who’ve ‘lost’ the wedding rings just before the big day.
What follows is a wild goose chase around their native Valentia Island to find them, featuring a kick about, running out of petrol, beautiful scenery and a pit stop for a prayer at a grotto…
…But there’s a twist.
