This pub dealt an epic burn to a robber who couldn't lift a keg of beer

LET THIS BE a lesson to all would-be burglars out there – work on your core strength.

The Blockhouse Bay in Auckland, New Zealand has released CCTV footage of a break in that happened on Thursday night.

One thief makes it out with a keg in hand – but another seems to rethink his plan:

Yes, he puts down the keg and runs back for some lighter bottles.

Owner Sam Fraser sent the footage to the police, but couldn’t resist taunting the theives on Facebook:

New barrier for The Block – after observing our latest visitors, full kegs appear to be more effective in stopping thieves than glass.
