B*witched are playing Electric Picnic, and are dying to 'break out the double denim'

This is too much to handle.

Electric Ireland have announced B*witched as the first act in its Throwback Stage line-up at this year’s Electric Picnic.

Yep, the all-singing, all-dancing Irish girl group, who brought us absolute bangers including C’est La Vie, Rollercoaster and Blame it on the Weatherman, are making a comeback this summer.

We know, we’re going to have to lie down too.

The foursome, who had four No 1 hits since Irish dancing into our lives back in 1998, will be headlining what is arguably the greatest stage at the Stradbally festival.

And they’re only buzzing for it.

We are so excited to headline Electric Ireland’s Throwback Stage at Electric Picnic. It’s always brilliant to come back to Ireland and play to a home crowd.

Mad and all as it is to believe, it’s been 20 years since C’est La Vie reached the top of the charts, so the ladies are planning to go all out.

We are really looking forward to breaking out the double denim and having the absolute craic. Rain or shine, it’s going to be an amazing day, and there’s more great acts to be announced. C’est La Vie is like our baby so we’d love see it being brought back.

Christ, the thoughts of an entire festival dancing a jig in unison is too much for us to handle.
