The bakery is run by Caryna Camerino, who started her Caryna’s Cakes business at a market stall in Ranelagh in 2007. She’s Canadian-Italian but has made Ireland her home and says she’s proud to honour her Italian roots:
The Camerinos were beyond excited, even moved, at the impending opening of a Camerino, run by a Camerino in Dublin – as if the name was being reclaimed by the family.
Oh, they also stock those Dublin Doughnut Company doughnuts and a host of other delicious things.
