Caption competition: 'Merkozy' at dusk

Ahead of tomorrow’s eurozone talks we thought we’d dig out one of our favourite snaps of the German and French leaders…and let you have your say.

IT IS WELL known that the French and German leaders are comrades – so much so that they’ve even earned the joint nickname of ‘Merkozy’.

We feel this photo of Nicolas Sarkozy and Angela Merkel – who are due to meet for high level talks tomorrow – highlights the strength of their friendship.
