THE WOMAN INVOLVED IN the ‘bin cat’ video has been charged with two animal cruelty offences. Mary Bale, from St Michael’s Road, Coventry, was allegedly filmed in August forcing a cat into a bin outside its owners’ home. She is due to appear in court on 19 October, according to the BBC.
