SOME OF US knew the day would come when Colm Meaney took over the internet.
But perhaps nobody could have predicted it would come so soon, and with such staggering force.
How did it happen? Well, according to this (possibly false) Reddit thread, at around 2.43pm yesterday somebody posted a visual Colm Meaney pun on Reddit Ireland. It was swiftly taken down.
Then someone posted Gollum Meaney:
And somebody else requested that it "become a thing." It became a thing.
