CHRIST ALMIGHTY, DAVE Grohl’s daughter, Violet, can sing.
At a benefit concert in San Francisco at the weekend, the Foo Fighters frontman shared the stage with his 12-year-old daughter, and accompanied her in a rendition of Adele’s When We Were Young.
Known for his hugely energetic on-stage performances, Dave took a back seat and let his child take the reins in an acoustic version of the track.
Barely a few seconds in and it was clear the audience realised they were witnessing something pretty special, with Violet having to frequently project her voice over the cheers of a visibly impressed audience.
And as for Dave’s proud reaction? We’re weak.
And so was YouTube.
He is beaming with pride at her. Violet has a great voice and a great dad.
