The British newspaper features someone talking through their daily diet every day. Kara Rosen, a juice company founder, struck a [bad] chord with her SUPER clean eats.

Speaking to The Independent, Rosen said she was taken aback at the reaction, but she also has indulgences. “I have been known to eat a Creme Egg, although I can’t say it was my favourite food”.
Like clockwork, people began posting their own Day on a Plate.
