JUST OVER A week ago, Bono touched fingers with Apple CEO Tim Cook and beamed U2′s new album into iTunes accounts across the world, for free.

The revolt began swiftly. Objections began trickling in from all corners. No one was happy. Apple made it easy for you to to delete the album, but no one tells you what happens… afterwards.

A brave few have shared their experiences. It’s bleak.

First, it seemed as if the music just magically reappeared after it was deleted

But then, more sinister things started happening

Then, the sneak tactics emerged

Things began to get confrontational

Now it’s just getting worrying

No one is safe
