FROM ‘SLÁNAISTE” TO “Unhappy Gilmore” and “Gilmore Gales”, it didn’t take long for the Eamon Gimore puns and jokes to come flooding in following the resignation of the Labour leader yesterday.
The Irish Sun has really taken a rhyme and run with it though, mocking Gimore up as Uma Thurman in Tarantino’s Kill Bill, complete with sword and blood spatters.
There will now be a Kill Bill style bloodbath battle to lead the party, with Joan Burton favourite to win.
Please, can we see Joan in the yellow leathers? Please?
