It is not Ed Sheeran's Dolmio Day in his latest music video

YESTERDAY, ED SHEERAN released his latest music video for his single ‘Happier’, which you may have already heard on his 2017 album ‘÷’.

As we all know by now, Ed Sheeran’s an incredibly busy man with a massive tour schedule coming up. So to save some time, he let a puppet stand in for him in his latest video, which looks like the most depressing Dolmio ad of all time.

In the video, Ed’s ex-girlfriend is an entirely different species to him. She’s some kind of balloon woman, and she’s on a date with someone who appears to be a posh relative of Animal from the Muppets.

Ms. Balloon is enjoying a nice romantic meal with Animal’s cousin, while Ed is sitting in a greasy spoon, soothing his heartbreak with a very grim plate of beans and rice.

Go home and make a lasagna or something, Ed. Surely those Dolmio puppets have a spare seat at their table for you. But no, Ed Sheeran’s puppet goes to an ever grimmer place – a bar that looks like they sell €14 cocktails.

He has even opted for bottle service, which will definitely not do anything to ease his pain.

Over the course of rest of the video, Ed’s puppet fantasizes about smacking the red puppet’s head into the table and smashing up the expensive cocktail bar.
