What is it about this song that captures the hearts and minds of the Irish people to this day? Maybe it’s the rousing chorus of Olé Olé Olé. Maybe it’s the catchy guitar riff. Maybe it’s the wise, wise words of Jack Charlton.

Maybe it’s because despite our sporting trials and tribulations, we can still listen to this and remember the good times. Ahhh.
