IF YOU’RE A fan of long sausages and good buns, this is the new Dublin hotspot for you.
Adelphi opened on Abbey Street back in April, and it recently launched a one-of-a-kind menu.
They sell craft beer, the usual bar food, and an absolutely mouthwatering selection of hot dogs.
SEE?
They’ve started doing some serious Irish craft dogs like the Naked Dog (above), which is a 12 inch hot dog served on a Waterford blaa-guette.
There’s also a full Irish dog, with all the trimmings. Look at it like a fancy breakfast roll.
Here’s the full menu:
The Hawaiian Dog will upset anyone who hates pineapple on pizza
The Adelphi has macaronic cheese, crispy onion, and bacon bits
Jesus, get in our bellies
If that doesn’t appeal to you, you can just tuck into a deep fried Mars bar instead
