SUNDAY NIGHT FEAR always calls for a little escapism on the TV front, and there are few people who deliver that as perfectly as Dermot Bannon does.
And while it wasn’t Room to Improve we were flaked in front of last night, Incredible Homes was a pretty good alternative, to be fair.
Oh sure, we weren’t roaring at Marian from Marino who wanted to shoehorn an island into a galley kitchen, but we were satisfied, none the less.
So, on the off-chance your Sunday evening was spent anywhere but in front of the box, let’s catch you up.
Dermot headed Down Under to assess the – as the title suggests - ‘incredible homes’ on offer in Australia, and took some time out of critiquing the local architecture to indulge his athletic side by throwing himself into the surf.

And while there was certainly much to marvel at as Dermot showed us around the more ornate homes to be found Down Under, some of us considered Dermot’s down-time the highlight.
