THE GARDA OMBUDSMAN ‘bugging’ scandal has been gathering pace since news broke that an investigation into the Ombudsman’s offices had found apparent electronic security breaches.
In the story’s latest twist, Minister for Justice Alan Shatter said that unexplained access to the wifi in the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) offices could be linked to an Insomnia coffee shop on the ground floor.
