A new palette is set to be launched in Debenhams tomorrow and people are EXCITED.
The Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette contains 12 new neutral matte eyeshadows, including one demi-matte shade.
Why is it that we as a nation have so many FEELINGS about these things?
1. It’s the hardest thing in the world when you don’t actually have one
