JAY Z, BEYONCÉ and little Blue Ivy have been lying low in Paris ever since the couple’s On The Run tour ended a few weeks ago – checking out the sights, looking at some properties and generally living a life us plebs could only dream of.
While most of us are up-to-date on Bey and Jay’s every move, we must remember that a few people honestly have no idea. Like this guy, who had the nerve to ask who the hell Jay Z is.
