Here's the skinny on spray-on jeans

This is technology gone mad.

AMERICAN ABERCROMBIE ALIKES American Eagle have a new product on their website.

Called the ‘Skinny skinny’, it’s for those of you who like skinny jeans but find you just can’t get them skinny enough.  These guys have the solution – jeans in a spray can.

If you attempt to buy a can (priced $49.95) you get a ‘sold out’ message, so we’re pretty sure it’s a joke, but WHO EVEN KNOWS THESE DAYS?

No really, who knows?  Here are some of the other advances in demin technology we’ve been privy to of late.

Beauty and the Geek jeans

Nieuwe Heren

These bad boys are the work of two dutch designers, and aren’t actually in production.  They include speakers, a keyboard and a mouse so you can be hooked up wherever you go.

Glow in the Dark jeans

Denim brand Hudson launched glow-in-the-dark jeans early last year.  Fancy!

Pyjama Jeans

Our favourites and yours, the Pyjama Jeans burst onto the scene a few years ago.  They use ‘comfort technology’ (we made that up but we’re fairly certain some company somewhere is using is) to offer you the great look of jeans with all the comfort of your pyjamas.

Jeans, eh?  They’ve come a long way from being hard wearing cowboy trousers.
