KANYE WEST HAS been unusually active on Twitter over the past few weeks, though mostly his tweets have been getting him into trouble.

First he feuded with the rapper Wiz Khalifa, then threw barbs at his ex, Amber Rose – and now he’s lent his support to disgraced comedian Bill Cosby.

Cosby has been accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women over the course of his career, and earlier this month appeared in court fighting to dismiss a criminal charge.

The actor still has plenty of high-profile supporters, including Whoopi Goldberg and his Cosby Show co-star Phylicia Rashad – and last night Kanye West added himself to that list:

This isn’t the first time Kanye has shared his views on Cosby, however – he quickly referenced him in his December 2015 song Facts:

Do anybody feel bad for Bill Cosby? Did he forget the names just like Steve Harvey?

Unsurprisingly, nobody is particularly happy about him sticking his oar in.

Cue Kanye’s publicists seizing his account in 5, 4, 3, 2…
