Love Island viewers are delighted that Kem and Amber won

Those seven weeks went by way too quickly.

AFTER SEVEN WEEKS of watching attractive singletons coupling up in a luxury Majorca villa, we finally got to find out who the winners of the £50,000 prize were.

Of course, it was Kem and Amber. Who else?

At the end Caroline added a little twist to find out if the competition had been about love or money for the couple by giving them two mystery envelopes.

One was empty and one contained £50,000. Whoever got the £50,000 got to decide whether they split it with their partner or kept the entire prize for themselves.

Kem got the £50,000 and kindly decided to split it with Amber, despite the fact that audience members were shouting “Share it with Chris!” and they then accidentally had a three-way kiss with Caroline Flack.

Of course, people on Twitter were on the edge of their seats waiting for the final result.

Including Thomas from Geordie Shore.

When the results were announced, people reacted like Kem and Amber had just won the World Cup.

Some were very envious of the young couples lives. Can’t blame them.

But it’s likely that nobody was as happy about the win as Amber and Kem.

Of course a few viewers were let down by the results…

Finally, one viewer questioned how the wealth would be distributed if it had aired on another TV channel…

Until next year… Goodbye, Love Island.
