Coronation Street’s Ken Barlow has had to confirm he is not dead
Another day, another morning spent confirming you’re actually alive, you know?
Poor Bill Roache, who has played Ken Barlow on Coronation Street since the soap’s pilot episode back in 1960, learned he had passed away when a radio station said as much.
Unsurprisingly, Classic Oldies were forced to swiftly retract their statement when they were informed the 85-year-old actor was alive and kicking, thank you very much.
We received this information from reliable news sources which is why we announced it. Currently, Wikipedia has acted on this wrong information too. We’re pleased to report William Roache is still very much alive and well! Apologies again.

Will Smith and Michael Jackson hung out in a closet and talked comic books
So back in 2002, Will Smith was at the BET Awards and after realising Michael Jackson was also attending, he found himself on a mission to meet the man himself.
In fact, he spent most of the night creeping on Michael, determined not to let the opportunity slip through his fingers. And then it all went to hell in a bucket.
Record producer and American Football player, Suge Knight, kicked off and a fairly heavy brawl ensued which resulted in Will being shoved into a closet by security for his own safety.

Look, we all know it’s been a fairly woeful time for Khloé since news broke that the father of her newborn baby daughter had been cheating on her over the course of her pregnancy.
And unsurprisingly, the 33-year-old has been fairly quiet on social media – aside from revealing her daughter’s chosen name – but last night she dedicated a post to her sister on her 39th birthday.
