PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON’S 68th birthday is on 19 August, and Hillary has cooked up a nice little present for him – a video tribute featuring Kevin Spacey, in character as Frank Underwood from House of Cards.
In it, Frank prank calls Hillary, putting on a pretty stellar Bill impression. The video also includes a sly reference to Hill’s rumoured White House bid:
