If Kim Kardashian had her way, baby Chicago wouldn’t be called Chicago at all.
Kim and Kanye West welcomed their third child via surrogate earlier this year and true to form, chose the name Chicago after the rapper’s hometown.
However, she’s now admitted to Ellen Degeneres that it wasn’t actually her first choice.
“‘Chicago’ is not one syllable,” Ellen queried.
Well observed, Ell.
“It kind of messes with me, I’m not going to lie,” Kim admitted, before revealing her first choices for her third child.
We were gonna name her Jo because of my grandma, Mary Jo. We were gonna go with Grace… and then it was Chicago.”

Professor Green had a rant on Instagram after a woman accused him of fixing a charity diamond hunt.
Yeah, apparently they’re a thing. Fair play to rich people, eh? Anyway, the rapper posted a scathing social media post in which he labelled the unknown woman “nasty, nasty, nasty” after a war of words at the event, which was held in aid of cancer charity Maggie’s.
“The diamond rush was a success. Sadly I didn’t get any fish and chips at the location of diamond 11, which my pal found thanks to the smarts of his son suggesting they go round the back.
But some evil woman (who was bragging about owning a helicopter and who’s son who had already found a diamond) said it was a fix.
Her greed and the universe will see to her I’m sure. Nearly made my pals kids cry.”
