TODAY IS HOLY Thursday, also known as Maundy Thursday and the fifth day of Holy Week.
It’s also the day which celebrates the Christian custom of marking Jesus and his disciples’ Last Supper, as captured in Leonarda Da Vinci’s late 15th century mural in Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan.
DaVinci’s iconic work has been recreated and reworked countless times over the centuries, through art, pop culture and as a medium for political, religious or social comment.
