Worst make-up ad ever shows men shoving mascara down pants

There are no words for how weird this is.

SO, THIS NEW ad involves men shoving mascara down their boxers.

It’s for Benefit cosmetics, it involves Vinny from Jersey Shore, and it features some giant crotch bulges. Can anyone explain it to us?
